Consolidated Cooperative is committed to maintaining the health and safety of our members and employees, and we are taking significant measures to protect our community from COVID-19. Based on Governor Mike DeWine’s directive regarding the coronavirus, the board of trustees at Consolidated Cooperative has decided this years’s annual meeting will be held virtually.
The annual meeting will be broadcast at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 16. A link to the meeting will be provided through Smarthub. Once in SmartHub, you will need to register through the link provided on the Communication section. Please log in to Smarthub and register at least few days prior to the meeting.
The voting process for the proposed code changes shared in the March/April issues of Ohio Cooperative Living magazine, will be the same as the process for trustee nominations and elections, apart from physical mailings. Consolidated Cooperative has partnered with Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS) to administer the electronic code vote. SBS sent a broadcast email from directvote.net to those members for whom we have email addresses. Voting will take place May 1 through 18.
